Our answer to missing middle housing. 

The largest public park in Atlanta is now Shirley Franklin Park. We plan to provide access to this beautiful city amenity by creating a housing development for ALL. 

This development includes market rate homes and permanently affordable homes, through the Atlanta Land Trust.

For 95 years until its abandonment over a decade ago, 918 Dill was a neighborhood hub—home to pharmacies, churches,  and local businesses that knew everyone’s name. 

In partnership with the Guild,  we’re creating a sustainable space for residents to settle in and flourish and bringing ownership back to the block.
